I just want to share what an absolute pleasure it was to buy our new car from Kabir at Platinum Toyota in Bath yesterday. He was so professional, enthusiastic and patient even when I changed my mind at the last minute about which car to purchase. He went out of his way to make sure that I was happy with everything and could not have been friendlier. Thank you for brilliant customer service

Highly recommend. The experience of buying a car was so effortless and enjoyable, not at all pushy. A special shout out to Kabir for being so down to earth, friendly, and sincere. On the rare occasion he didn’t have an answer to our many questions he made the effort to find out and get back to us. He made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. Everything he said he would do he did. We really appreciated his enthusiasm! The first time we visited we also met Tim who was also very helpful in introducing us to Toyota.

This is the first time my husband and I have bought a car from a large dealer and we were very pleased with the service we received. Kabir was very pleasant, genuine and efficient. He went out of his way to be helpful and to answer our questions. There was no pushy salesmanship. We also met Tim, who likewise was both helpful and sincere. We are very happy with the car and would recommend this dealer. Thankyou Toyota and Kabir.
