Pizza Hut Restaurants cambridge

Placed on the main high street, we went to get grab and go pizzas. Service was ok and so were pizzas. We wanted a carry bag for the take away however they do not have these- was kinda awkward to hold three pizza boxes in hand while walking back to the station.

I rarely do a review unless prompted but this place is so pathetic I have done it myself. Dirty cutlery even my 7 year old refused to eat ice-cream, veg and meat serving ladles mixed up, indifferent staff(some). Come on Pizza hut , you can do so much better or have you given up...

The food was standard to what you'd expect. The white chocolate and caramel cookie dough is amazing. The service was also noteworthy, very positive and relaxed

Nice little place to stop and grab lunch with the kids. Clean seating area. Not many options for larger party's though at busy times. We had 2 adults and 3 kids and had to squeeze in a booth over the back or bring another chair to a table. Staff was all friendly and great with the kids . Food is always fesh and refilled regularly. Buffet option is the best with little ones. About 9 pound a head to eat what they want and drink what they want with ice creams to finish.

This place has gone seriously downhill. The service was shocking and the salad bar was empty

Food arrived promptly, quality was lacking compared to pre-covid, but understandable. No refillable drinks, so be aware of that - menu was not clear on that fact, the signage was though. Food is ordered by phone and works perfectly.

Very rude guy served us on Sunday, 4 October afternoon in Cambridge, Regent street. Hope he works there whole his life and me never get to visit a place like this again. That don't deserve even one star.

Terrible place to order. They cancelled my order after 15 mins via deliveroo when I was eagerly waiting and also was in a hurry. Initially it was accepted and then cancelled. Ruined my whole plan for the evening.

Have been there in weekend so there were many people, hard to find a place considering that is a small restorant. Good location. Food is ok, not so many dishes to choose from, staff were nice. It was a good place to rest after a long walk.

Called and was told dine in available. Told the guy we were coming from St Ives. Get to restaurant and told i have to book a seat by the same guy.... I told him I just spoke to him and he didn't tell me to book. He just looked back blankly while I had my 2 year old and 5 month old and wife and said sorry I needed to book. What a massive ******
