Well first thank goodness Physio & More are open in these difficult times, I had looked around and although many places claim to be open they are not, Physio & More are. Second, I was very impressed with the professionalism of the receptionist I dealt with to make the appointment which in the current time includes a very thorough telephone screening for any symptoms of C19 and I was advised that this would happen in advance of any appointment. With nothing to declare on the screening an appointment was made for me very quickly. Working at home in less than optimal circumstances with no proper desk and chair I had locked up my neck and shoulders. On arrival at the clinic hygiene measures were in place and before anything else happened I was shown where to wash my hands. It all felt very safe to me but then again they are experts in healthcare and of course they know what they are doing. The physio I saw was polite, friendly and very professional, he immediately put me at my ease, listened to what I had to say and examined me carefully. He then went to work on my neck and shoulders and while it wasn't pleasant there was some immediate relief. I've had three appointments now, all excellent and I'm better. It was explained to me what I had been doing wrong and I was given help and advice about how to set up my desk at home even if it has to be on a table with a less than perfect chair to stop me causing the same problems again. Everyone I met was helpful, professional and friendly and if I need physio again, this is where I will go. Thanks to the team.

I've been here several times over the last ten years or so. The physios are a great team, they always get you sorted out and usually pretty quickly - though of course complicated things can take a bit longer but as a cyclist I do get niggles from pushing myself and so I visit Physio & More as soon as something starts and get it sorted. They are great at sorting out appointments, the whole team is helpful.

Following several shoulder operations, I struggled to find a great physio. Very luckily I came across Physio and More where the treatment was by far the best. Ben actually managed to make my shoulder feel better after just one appointment and my movement range was improving each week. In addition to the appointments, I also received a tailored programme to follow at home (sent via e-mail). Physio and More ensure that the treatment is in accordance with the instructions by the consultant to optimise results. I wrote this review a while ago but it was still saved as a draft. Since my treatment, we have sent several friends and family members with shoulder/back/knee problems. Everybody was delighted with the treatment. We would not go anywhere else, thank you!

This is not a rate of their physio services because I couldn't even register. Funniest part is that I was given no reason why I couldn't register. Just, they could not register me. It wasn't because they are full, as this was after getting two sessions on the books, it wasn't for fear that I won't be paying, I had a referral number form a large health provider. It was just, 'the system has blocked you'. Oh well! thankfully plenty of options. we were not meant for each other, but brace yourself in case the system block you :)
