Something very wrong with the receptionist, as if she didn't wanted to be bothered and annoyed at your presence. And completely senile. For a holistic place you need to consider better front of house, it's important especially in this field. Disappointing

I went there today and was extremely pleased by the professionalism of the lady (I think her name was Nancy or similar to that :) - ) who greeted me and who did the acupuncture and massage. I had a few painful parts on my back and she found them straight away, she took her time on both treatments and I really could feel that she cared and make sure I leave the place in much better way. I will definitely go back there. I have done a few different places across London and this one was one of the best without doubt! Xia Xia!
