I have recently purchased a flat as a first time buyer and was not entirely sure about the process. After phoning a few solicitors Rachel at Philip Moody & Co was a clear choice as she emailed me with all the information I had asked for when she said she would, which a lot of the others had not. She explained everything very clearly and was extremely helpful throughout. The sellers solicitors were not particularly helpful and were very slow in getting documents over to us, however Rachel was very good at chasing them and got the sale through as quickly as she could. I was extremely pleased with the service we received and I would definitely use Philip Moody & Co again and would highly recommend them.
