I had been looking for a window cleaner for a while who was willing to do the job when I asked and not in a monthly basis which others have insisted on. Simon came the day after my query to look at the job, gave me a price and we arranged the best day and time. The job was done promptly and thoroughly and without any fuss - including a tricky corrugated plastic lean-to roof. Pegasus also take payment by direct bank transfer and don'd ask for cash as do others. I am a happy customer and will definitely be calling on Pegasus next time the windows need cleaning.

After being let down by my previous unreliable window cleaner. I googled window cleaners and found some rave reviews on Netmums for Pegasus I called Simon and he came over the next day and cleaned my filthy windows. Simon is friendly and professional and has done a cracking job. I am so glad my mother window cleaner was so rubbish!!!

I used pegasus to 'soft-wash' my external render. My local window cleaner (who does not provide this service) had advised me that I could save on very expensive external re-decoration on my white painted rough-cast render by simply having it professionally 'soft-washed' with the right chemical (sodium hyperchloride) treatment. Having 'Googled', I picked Pegasus, as I prefer to support local businesses and they confirmed that they use the recommended chemical treatment that I wanted. Simon & his team were punctual, courteus and worked really hard to complete the whole property ( a big old 1930s house and detached garage) in just 1 day. Considering that my render is rough-cast (and I mean Rough ! ie the surface is extremely bumpy and not like the smoother more modern through-colured renders that are used today) the end result was stunning. All the surrounding paths were thoroughly rinsed off & Simon walked around the property with me to point out a few minor areas where the existing external masonary paint was a bit thin and might benefit from a quick touch-up (which I did ). The treatment was done 3 months ago in October '21 and continues to look good plus we've had lots of favourable comments from neighbours & visitors. I have no hesitation in recommending Pegasus and this type of treatment for externally rendered walls.
