He rented a flat from me and does not pay the rent, this has been going on for a year. I am 75 years old and rely on that income, I have asked him to vacate the flat but he refuses, he lies telling me he is going to clear it and has told me this 10 times, he is taken advantage of my age and my inability due to the covid to get to York and find and lawyer, i do not suggest anyone has any financial dealings with this man he is dishonest and has no integrity whatsoever, he is an out and out liar. Judith Gooderson. To let him know I may be mute but I have all my brains in place.
