I wanted to have a ring re-modelled and Patrick Graham were amazing from start to finish! Amy was so helpful in both designing my new ring, offering up lots of different options and in keeping me up to date with progress! I'm so pleased with my new ring, I absolutely love it! Would highly recommend!

Always useful for the little jobs like straps and watch batteries, and also more recently I had my son's watch glass replaced, a much more tricky job, but done extremely efficiently and well. He purchased the watch here, and I shall follow suit, as they have a really superb range!

Very friendly and helpful

Brilliant little shop 10 mins walk from Ruislip station. Wanted a smaller jump ring on a pendant and needed a watch sized. Had stopped into another jeweller closer to the station (will leave them unnamed). The reception and service were worlds apart. To contrast: when I walked in the first shop I was made to wait 5 mins before being served, then was told they had to order out for jump rings, which would mean I'd be without my pendant for over a week (not unreasonable, but I had no way of judging what it would look like), I declined. Then I was told that the watch resizing would take 30 mins. At this point I'd already been in the shop for 20. I decided to go to Patrick Graham. I was greeted by Amy when I entered the shop, she understood exactly what I wanted and got both the pendant and watch done in about 10 mins. She even suggested that I solder the jump ring and I agreed. I will be returning to them again and will recommend them to anyone who asks. Very pleasant and professional experience!

Avoid this place. Previously good experience. Not sure if has changed hands but this is what I experienced. I went to get a fine white gold chain repaired. They took my chain and gave a price saying it may take a couple of weeks. I got a call to say it was ready, went to collect it and the first chain they produced wasn’t actually mine. Then they managed to find my chain only to announce that they couldn’t repair it. Total shambles, extraordinarily poor customer service. Came across as disorganised and unprofessional in every way. If I could give them a 0 I would.

This is a brilliant jewellers. I had a special birthday last year and got lots of vouchers.lots of the jewellery is designed and hand made in the workshop. Today I used the last of my vouchers to buy a bangle designed and made by the owner. I had a ring which was too small for me and now it is incorporated into my new bangle, I love it!!

These guys did our wedding rings in 2019. Lovely group of people who couldn't do enough to help us. They helped advise us on design and ways to keep the costs managable. They were even able to do a custom engraving on my wedding band, so is truly one of a kind. Will definitely visit them first in the future for any jewelry or engraving work. Thank you so much for our beatiful wedding bands and so sorry it has taken so long for this review!
