Never met such a rude and upsetting manager- I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service and was insulted by the female manager. Hope the business the best but hope to never see her again and to never meet someone like her again! Horrible treatment!

Tom (supervisor) is a fantastic person to deal with. One of his colleagues unfortunately let him down at the beginning by taunting the experience but the way he has handled it is truly incredible. This guy should be store manager!

Unusually helpful young man served me - really, nothing was too much trouble. Actually, all the assistants seemed very friendly. As an added bonus. I received a 10% discount on the platinum wedding band I purchased! Nice tidy and clean store, although much too hot on a previous occasion but the heating was turned down for me! Will visit again

Rude and unprofessional , as well as they don't answer the store phone. need to check if they had it in stock. ended up buying it from elsewhere. loss of a sale for them...

I was served by an amazing woman who helped me and my boyfriend choose the perfect watch and ring for myself. She was very friendly 👍 and very happy with my purchase!!

I only give 1 Star because you cannot award Zero. A few weeks ago I took to the Store my wifes engagement ring. Due to a swollen hand she had the ring cut off her finger at Northwick Park Hospital 18 months ago. After a long wait we were given a quotation for "non specific repairs" for £534.00 excluding VAT and the price of having the hallmark struck again as I was told the original mark was badly damaged. The total they wanted was approximately £700.00 I asked for a second Quote. This wasn't possible as they only use one company. Last week Solitaire Jewellers in High St Bromley carried out a perfect repair. They charged me a total of £45.00 They didnt charge me for a new Hallmark as the original was completely undamaged. Ernest Jones attempted to grossly overcharge me for the repair. They also attempted an outright con trick in respect of the Hallmark. Disgraceful service and sharp practice bordering on dishonesty.
