Cannot recommend the spa enough. Yes, the decor is a little outdated, but that is the least important factor. The staff are extremely friendly and skilled, and the service is excellent. Treatments were excellent and the masseur found a sore spot almost immediately and worked it out... I feel great! And the price is super reasonable.

I went there with my girlfriend for hammam treatment and full body massage. The treatment was very nice and professional. The massage was good but more for relaxation rather than for treatment. Both of us had men to do the work which put me off a bit, but the guys were very professional to be honest. The only bad thing was the aesthetic of the facilities. Not unpleasant but not the best quality either. It looked a bit old. Needs some refurbishment.

Very old and poor facilities. May be this place was nice 20 years ago, but inside is not very pleasant. The guys who works there are very friendly, massage is good but very short, seems they are very in a rush and trying to do it quick. Instead of 20 min you get 10 min.

A less than ideal experience. I purchased the 'Unwind Hammam experience for two' and while the treatment itself was okay it wasn't at all what we'd hoped for. Firstly: At NO POINT were we informed the treatment practitioners were male. As two young females alone in a private steam room you can appreciate our concern, and while the treatment was fine we felt very uncomfortable. Secondly; The place is pretty rundown (not ideal but fine) however it's really not clean. It smells odd and is a bit grim. Thirdly: The treatment was supposed to be 90 mins but we were told we had to leave as they had another appointment. We were rushed out fifteen minutes early. Fourthly: The deal included Turkish delight, tea and cake of which we received... NONE... just some capri-sun and water. Definitely won't be going here again. And definitely won't be recommending.

Well what an interesting experience. When I arrived I felt uncomfortable and was left thinking what the hell have I just booked. Felt like running out of the door! The website and marketing looked absolute top notch but when I arrived felt like it was the complete opposite. It is a hotel but I would say a 2/3* if that. However I was most shocked that men were doing the treatment!! But they were lovely and did a great job. So I cannot knock them for that. However the changing room facilities were terrible. Was just a dark room and that was it. Wasn’t what I expected at all. The room itself where treatment was done was big but I wouldn’t recommend. The men who did the job deserve to work in much better facilities. I hope they are getting paid good ! They certainly need to spend money on the decor inside. They should also advertise men are doing the treatment as some women may feel uncomfortable.
