I regret giving such a low review but this is the most unhelpful pharmacy I've been to and I can only put it down to inadequate staff training. One concern is they don't ask enough questions. I was after an indigestion product and went away because they didn't have a range of generic medicines to offer. I'm glad I did because when I went to a huge Boots in central Brighton (on a busy Saturday) I was asked about other medication I was on and it was carefully checked out before being given the go ahead. But what has really put me off is the unsmiling, shoulder-shrugging attitude - a real contrast to most staff in most chemists who are usually anxious to be of assistance when it comes to prescribed medication. I wanted to support a local independent but I can't in this instance.

Went for advice from the Pharmacist, which was communicated to me back and forth via the very pleasant and professional counter assistant, but unfortunately didn't stop me hearing the snarky comments from the Pharmacist working today. In the pharmacy I used to work at the Pharmacist would come out and have an actual conversation with someone, answering their questions in a pleasant and factual manner. This person couldn't even be bothered to make eye contact whilst she was being rude. Will go elsewhere in future.

Really helpful, I was very impressed with the additional advice given on supplements and vitamins. Since following some advice around B complex and iron I have a lot more energy.

I found them helpful and knowledgeable; it is great that they sell herbs and supplements and their staff is diverse, I am very happy about them. The only thing I could say is that a clear social distancing sign could help, not just to improve safety, but also for privacy.
