Optical Express Laser Eye Surgery: Aberdeen aberdeen

I am very phobic of any medical/dental/surgical setting and was made to feel very at ease from the moment i walked through the door. So much so that less than a week after my consultation for laser eye surgery i have booked the date for it. (So review is for the branch staff, not the surgery as it isn't for some weeks yet). Paige in particular at the branch was wonderful to deal with but all staff were highly knowledgeable and friendly. 10/10

Visited the store today for an eye test, and the staff were great. The optician Scott was very professional and explained the whole process from start to finish. I felt very at ease. The manager and the person who carried out the pre tests were friendly and polite. Very happy with the service today.

I had my lasik idesign a week ago and could not recommend getting the procedure done more. The staff are amazing and are willing to help as much as they possibly can. I mostly dealt with Stephanie Reid and Scott McGee who both put me at ease as I was very nervous about the whole thing. Stephanie went above and beyond helping to get me financed. Believe me when I say I hate my eyes being touched or messed with in any way more than most people! However, the procedure is painless and only takes seconds once started. You won’t feel or see anything during the procedure! I highly recommend optical express to anyone that is even thinking about laser treatment. Just go for it, you won’t be disappointed!

Recently underwent laser eye surgery with Optical Express and can’t recommend it highly enough. The service from consultation through to aftercare has been excellent. I feel Brandon really went the extra mile in explaining all available treatment and finance options available to me and he and team were incredibly professional and reassuring throughout the whole process. Most importantly the results have been excellent.

After thinking for a while should I get laser eye surgery, I finally decided to book a consultation and was called by Stuart from the Aberdeen Optical express and was booked in for an appointment a few days later after enquiring. On the day of the Consultation, which was in the Dundee Optical express, I was greeted by Stuart and had a 90 minute Consultation. Stuart really went the extra mile in explaining all available treatment and finance options available to myself and the team were incredibly professional and reassuring throughout the whole process. After the consultation I was given away an information pack to read over and this allowed me to make a decision and was not pushed by anyone on the day of the consultation to book straight away I was told to phone back if I wanted to go ahead and if I had any more questions before making a decision. After reading all the documents given I decided to go ahead and book my Surgery for the next available date which was under a month from my Consultation, after making a deposit I phoned back regularly and paid in instalments and this helped me as its a lot of money to pay in one amount and was also given the other finance options. The surgery went so well, I was shocked at how much my vision improved during the day of my surgery and now I have 2020 vision it’s unbelievable, I’m so excited to not wake up and having to reach for my glasses anymore and being able to do things that are difficult when wearing glasses for example running and swimming. Thank you very much Stuart for all your help during my Laser Eye Surgery you have been amazing and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to have it done.
