Receptionists are apparently medical professionals who can decide if you can see a doctor or not.. Doctor i eventually did see couldnt be arsed to write more then three words on a sick line after being told it had to be detailed and specific Next appointment, doctor went awol and had to see a nurse instead! If there were alternitive gp practices in the area this one would have no patients. Guaranteed.

2 separate doctors here have helped me and my wife massively, sometimes a bit of a wait but the service they provide was well worth it. Like many aspects of the NHS, they are doing the best they can with ever more cuts to funding. Bigger catchment areas and fewer doctors, that's what happens when 2 practices merge.

Appointments are always late and the staff are very rude. Some of the GPs are dangerously incompetent and even the simplest request takes forever. Absolutely useless in every way.

I was suffering with extreme stress and anxiety. I went to pick up a sick line which wasn't ready. I waited in the waiting room, didn't talk to anyone or even move from my seat. Around 20 mins later a receptionist came to tell me I couldn't wait and decided to discuss my sick line Infront of the whole room I got upset to which she said "don't get upset you will make yourself sick"... I'm at the doctor's obviously I am sick. I put in a compliment and basically avoided the place as much as possible since. Every single time I attend it's usually a 50 minute wait after your appointment time and today is no different...40 minutes late so far and if I can't wait it's 3 weeks for another appointment but if I am late I don't get seen?! There are two Dr's in and around 12 people waiting. I know it goes by where you live but if I could avoid this place I would! Also don't look at the skylight in the waiting room you might be sick when you see how dirty and full of cobwebs it is.

2/ 5

I requested dressings for my wife by way of repeat prescription. Went to chemist to collect the item on Friday 8th October and was told the size required was not available. Was issued a larger size. Phoned the surgery and explained the situation and was told that a pharmacist would phone regarding a possible substitute. Whilst I was in Dyce on Tuesday 12th I checked with Boots as an alternative chemist. Was told the particular dressing not available. Went to surgery and spoke to receptionist through intercom and explained situation and that I had not received a phone call only to be told I must phone. I had to travel all the way home to make the phone call. Made the call explained again the situation and was told that a prescription had been issued and was with Boots. Could have been told this when I was in Dyce instead of running around. Whilst at home phoned Boots, they confirmed receipt of prescription and stated that the dressings were on order. Firstly upset that I didn't receive phone call from surgery as stated. Then I have to chase the surgery for information only to be told to go home and phone when I was already there. What would happen in an emergency, I dread to think. More cooperation from reception would have been appreciated.

Wow. Just wow. If I could give minus stars I would. Called for an emergency app for my mother who was extremely ill/confused and unable to be left alone. Was met with a huffy receptionist then an extremely obtuse Dr who was argumentative and rude with me for absolutely no reason. I've never spoken to a Dr surgery as unprofessional and lacking in any kind of care in my life. I'm taking her to hospital then she'll be changing GP's asap. I feel bad for their patients, honestly.
