Amazing treatment as always, Victoria is the loveliest, caring, professional, I came in for a deep tissue massage and it has relieves tension and I was so relaxed I snored through most of it! Highly recommend!!!

I could not recommend Victoria and Opal Rooms enough!! I had an LVL lash lift done here today and Victoria was absolutely brilliant: she was professional but kind and respectful, and did such an amazing job on my lashes. This was my first time at Opal Rooms - I've had this treatment done elsewhere before - but I'll be telling all of my friends and coming back as soon as I need a top up!! My friend and I have recently visited this beautiful spa for the City Spa Day package and I cant recommend it highly enough. The spa is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Vicky and her team made us feel so welcome and the treatments were top-class. Enjoyed it so much we have booked to return in January.

I’ve been going to the Spa for environ peels for a few months now and I can’t recommend it enough! Victoria is so knowledgeable about all the products she uses and every recommendation she’s given me has given amazing results, my breakouts and overall skin texture have improved so much in the short time I’ve been coming here, I can’t believe the difference. The spa has such a lovely and relaxing atmosphere, I’ve had my nails done by a few of the girls that work here too and they’re all always really friendly and the nails always look great!

Victoria is fantastic, really professional, knowledgeable and very kind. Her team are also equally as brilliant. I really enjoy going to this spa, their Environ Facials are the best, it's always a lovely experience from start to finish!

I can't recommend Opal Rooms highly enough! My sister and I went for a Bridal Prep package there and the team was so professional, friendly, and fun. We had an absolute blast. The treatments were top notch and we came away glowing and feeling relaxed from head to toe. The staff are very knowledgeable and absolutely lovely. It's well worth the trip out of central Liverpool to this gorgeous place. We'll be back again soon xxx

It's always a treat to visit Victoria at Opal Rooms. The luxury manicure/pedicure is worth every penny and l absolutely love the LVL lashes.
