Absolutely awful service. Went to get shellac done on my hands, and I wouldn’t go back there again if it was the last place on Earth. The nail technician did not know what she was doing at all and wasn’t even paying attention to what she was doing when she broke my nail. After which she tried to tell me that it wasn’t broken when clearly there was a chunk of my nail missing. When it came to painting my nails, I had no hope left and wanted to just do it myself, as she seemed as if she was painting nails for the first time ever. Absolutely no care was taken into how she was painting them and kept dabbing the ends of my nails, which is absolutely pointless. So careless and unprofessional. And don’t even get me started on the state of her nails. If you are a “nails technician”, surely you should have presentable hands yourself, and not dirty chewed up fingers. Not presentable in any sense of the word. To top things off, 2 days after getting my nails done, the shellac is peeling off already. Money down the drain. Definitely need to invest in either better nail technicians or train them properly.
