Seen very quickly last semester (October/November time), however, they misdiagnosed me with a 'viral throat infection' and sent me home without medication. I went to another GP practice as my condition did not improve, and I was correctly diagnosed with pneumonia and so needed antibiotics to recover.

The worst place to get health to advise and some of the nurses don't care about your situation and treat you like you don't have anything. Will never come back to this stupid centre.

Was suffering with bad ear pain so went the walk in and the lady said to me "oh its probably because you go to loud places, like nightclubs in town" to which I was gobsmacked as at that time/age , i had never even been on a night out in town! They just like to dismiss you with any excuse!!

I came in last year (I know I'm late to this) with extremely severe stomach pain. I was first told I'm probably pregnant, then the nurse felt my stomach and said I have gallstones 100%. 2 days later, I ended up in hospital (in my home city) and was there for 3 weeks with a rare blood clot, and torn spleen. Every single medical professional I told, said the nurse was useless and shouldnt have given me her '100%' diagnosis if she hadn't even done any tests on me. I actually almost died due to complications caused by the blood clot. Thank god I decided to go to the hospital to be on the safe side!

Excellent doctors, may have to wait occasionally but the friendly receptionists are always accommodating in giving you an appointment. Past doctors that I have been with have made it difficult to book an appointment (unless you know 3 weeks prior that your going to be ill). Doctors are thorough and inform you of any information that may help you to understand your illness. Excellent friendly nurses and health therapists, very happy to have changed to this doctors :-D

My experience of gp receptionist have been great. I understand with covid they have had a lot to deal with. And have felt waiting haven't been a problem. Always polite and ready to help. Always get a call back not waited long. I congradulate all the staff for all the pressure thay have had to deal with. Putting themselves on the line.

This doctors used to be about a 3 and a half or 4 star but recently it has gone down the pan. I was on the phone for an hour and a half waiting for someone to answer the phone to me and I still never got to speak to someone. The weekend come and went rang monday and got told no appointments and a doctor from somewhere else would phone me , he rang only to be told he carnt help as I need to be assessed and to contact walkin centre. I contact them only to be told that a chest infection is a doctors problem and not theres. I again ring the doctor's and again told no doctor can see or even speak on the phone to me I'm thinking I should make the appointment with the undertaker instead🤬
