Recently registered here as a new patient. Quick and easy to do. Call from reception the following day to book in for my new patient medical, friendly and helpful reception staff. Call from nurse (Beverley) was great, on time and dealt with everything over the phone. Booked me in the following week for blood test. 1st impressions; very good!! Especially in these difficult times.

I was previously at another GP in Garston for several years and this year I couldn't take the lack of patient care, poor attitudes of supporting staff, and failure to assist me in my chronic pain and undiagnosed illness. After trying to be patient for some time (I understand the stresses of working in socialised healthcare), I gave up and moved to Grassendale. Since I have moved, the level of kindness, due diligence and efficiency I have experienced at Grassendale Medical has been extraordinary. Every single GP has treated me like a human being with a heart and a brain, and have worked to prioritise even the smallest issues I have had medically. Sometimes when I put in an online consultation (usually a 24 hour wait) I hear back in an hour or two. What's more is they have made major moves for my referrals to sort my chronic issue once and for all the best they can. I cannot recommend them enough, and I am so happy I moved to this practice!

Poor service. Was misdiagnosed on such a simple thing which has set me back to square one. I will be changing Dr's. Not happy at all. Just to add, you have more chance getting an appointment with the Queen than here.

I would like to apologise fir my post I put on last week has I was literally in agony and was feeling sorry for myself, I did not receive any missed calls tho, this surgery has never really let me down and has always been caring and looked after me apart from last week and I also take into consideration this difficult time we are experiencing, please accept my apology.
