Served by a staff member who decided to use a till that was known to be faulty an hour earlier... It was still at fault during our transaction thus we had to wait around for the manager to turn up and correct the mistake, I think some level of basic common sense would have been best applied in this situation, shame really, manager seemed helpful in the end
