O2 Shop Bath bath

All the staff here in O2 may it be online and in store are all amazing! Keep up the good work guys.

The most unpleasant purchase enquiry ever! Just been to the Bath Southgate O2 shop to buy a pay as you go sim card for my daughter, faced the most rude sales person that i have ever seen in my life. The individual spoke so rudely in front of my family and unfortunately store manager didn't even acknowleged the rude attitude of his staff. such a shame for O2 allowing such staff to damage their reputation. To raise the concern with O2 as an official complaint.

Amazing customer service. Very friendly staff who were more than helpful with the upgrade of my phone. I would recommend this friendly store greatly.

I would like to say that I have never been happier with the way I was treated when I went in today all staff members were focused and very dedicated to what they were selling, they all seemed to know what they were talking about and they were able to get the job done.

In need of a complicated reconfiguration of my Samsung S7 pad, I was fortunate this day to engage with Ben, dressed in snazzy O2 embroidered denim shirt. Sartorial elegance aside, he sorted out the issues I had with the device quickly and efficiently - and was informative while so doing. It runs like a well oiled machine, does this outlet - when it opens. Full marks today though.

Great standard of shop, lots of products on display and seating. I popped in this morning to collect my new phone and had to wait a while to be seen so I was glad of the seats. That is the only reason I have dropped one star.

Tom Peak handled my phone. He was very kind and put up with my foul tongue. He offered me a deal I couldn't refuse. He was polite, friendly and helped me. Ty, Tom. P.s give him a pay raise.
