Review

I've been using this practice for about nine years, and I've always found them very friendly and helpful. They can't work miracles, but they're doing the best they can in circumstances which are getting more difficult. I am surprised by some of the negative views expressed on this site. They're not consistent with my experience of this surgery.

Review

I have used this practice virtually all my life, extending back to its previous location and name. Although I have always found the doctors (and nurses) to be kind and helpful, in recent years the service has degenerated badly. They clearly are very short staffed and say that they are struggling to recruit doctors but frankly the service currently being offered has fallen to an unacceptable level. Now, that may be the faulty of the "system" rather than failings by the partners in this practice, I simply don't know. However I am seriously considering looking elsewhere.

My family and I have used Nuffield Road Medical Centre for 13 years. They obviously work under extreme pressure but we have nothing but praise for the entire staff.

Review

I am new to the area and checked out a few GP surgeries online before I chose this one. I am glad I did, very good medical service and continuity has been excellent despite rarely see the same GP twice. Also I have found the reception staff to be very thorough and kind both on the phone and at the desk. All in all I am happy with my treatment so far. Thank you all

Review

I have never struggled to get an appointment, the telephone screening service seems to be brilliant and the staff (GPs, nurses and reception team) have always been friendly and helpful. Naturally there are sometimes delays in waiting to be seen but, that's the nature of doctors surgeries given what they have to contend with.
