Absolutely shocking, took my partner who was in severe pain with an infection on an open wound, he was left in what was best described as a storage room with no painkillers other than 2 paracetamol. He was ignored when crying out in pain, he had no water for over 8 hours and when having the wound cleaned the nurse was rough and rude and when he said he couldn’t take it anymore her response was ‘do you want to lose your leg’ then just carried on. The whole experience has left him fearful of ever having to go back. Staff were rude and basically had the attitude of sit still, shut up and wait your turn. If you can go somewhere else then do it.

Dropped my 78 year old dad off at 11.45AM....he got home at midnight. Nurses kept saying they were very busy but he was told by person who eventually treated him that it was quieter than usual. This hospital and the NHS as a whole are not fit for purpose.

Worst experience ever. They don't care they just leave you there for hours and hours and they tell you also it can take from 5 to 10 hours until they see you. Awful. Also they brought a person with covid in the room with people without.
