I can not recommend Nu Look highly enough. We decided to convert out cold in winter boiling hot in the summer conservatory into a sitting room. Although we live many miles away the work men arrived by 8am every morning. The quality of work and time management were second to none. As one trade finished the next started. We experienced horrendous rain for several days but still they worked hard in order to complete. The result is amazing. We now have a lovely garden room, tiled and finished to a quality level. I recommend Nu look to anyone who is looking to convert or start from scratch. Amazing.

I chose nulook to undertake the roof conversation on my conservatory because of their Which Trusted trader accreditation primarily. I'm so glad I made that decision as the whole experience was smooth from initial contact with the company to the installation, the fitters were remarkably hard working and took care around my home which is not always the case with tradesman I have used in the past. I am now enjoying my conservatory thoughout the year and have not looked back! I would without doubt highly recommend this company.

I was really happy with my new roof initially, but unfortunately after filling cracks, that reappear every few months, for the last two years, Nu Look have now said it's normal / to be expected and that they aren't willing to resolve the problem. This wouldn't grate so much had they not repeatedly assured us at the beginning that they are committed to ensuring a perfect finish, backed by a long warranty.

Very impressed now with our new garden room. We can’t fault the professional installation team from the builders and carpenters and the electricians and plasters. What a difference this has made from a conservatory that became locked up most of the year and a dumping ground to a usable space and a new room that we now use.

Brilliant service, from sales to completion! We were kept up to date every step of the way. Our bungalow has concrete gutters, but the guys just built the solid roof and it’s gutter round them. Looks great and keeps the rain out. Installation team and plasterers were all professional and courteous. Very clean and tidy job! Have already recommended to friends and their order is in! Everything about this project was excellent from start to finish. We are delighted with the result and the care given by all involved.
