Exceeded Expectations. after a lot of research we chose this company , as their salesman was fully versed in the product and and its flexibility in design and fitting .Ours was a large irregular roof fitted onto an existing steel portal frame .he was able to explain how the product would use the existing frame , where as other salespersons were all selling a factory produced product that could not easily be adapted to our needs. the craftsmen who came to fit the roof were highly skilled and completed the structure to a very high standard , they were followed by an electrician , plasterer and decorator , who were all of the highest standard . the whole team were efficient , polite and friendly , including the back office who co-ordinated all the works. This was the best money we have spent in the last 10 years. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Smart Conservatory Solutions installed a solid roof for me in August 2021, their proposal and price was attractive and the finished job is just what the family wanted. The work was completed over 4 days with a final visit one week later for the ceiling painting. The contractors were first class and worked really quickly without compromising on quality. Ian was a first class point man and we are really pleased with the results.

First Class job from start to finish and I agree with the other positive reviews. From initial contact to home visit, quote, acceptance, follow up paperwork, time-frame, build itself and payment along with final paperwork, each stage went smoothly. Everything is joined up between Head Office and front line workers and communication throughout was excellent. Of most importance, we are very pleased with the end result which has completely transformed our 17 year old conservatory. The original builders of the conservatory told us there was nothing that could be done with the roof (which was old but not leaking) so we turned to Smart Conservatory Solutions and did not regret it for an instant.
