I had tear trough filler around 3/4 years ago. The procedure left me with large unsightly lumps under my eyes. I was invited back to have this corrected after complaining to have this fixed. He did not fix the problem and it started to look worse as time passed. He refused me a refund and instead passed me onto another aesthetics doctor in my area. The new doctor was very professional and tried to fix the problem. After attempts to rectify my face I required more treatment which Dr Land refused to pay for or refund my original costs. I had to pay for more treatment which was very costly and to this day my face is still not what it was. I can’t with a clear conscience ever recommend anyone visit this practice.

I can’t recommend Novellus enough. Steven not only does a phenomenal job in enhancing my natural features, whilst ensuring the work isn’t obvious or fake-looking, but also makes me feel like I’m in safe hands every single time. I particularly enjoy his thorough consultations, and explanations of the procedures and techniques used, which give me confidence that I won’t be upsold unnecessary treatments, or pressured into decisions, and assures me that Steven truly has his patients’ best interests at heart!

So happy with my lips. Clinic is so chic and clean. I’ve had treatment elsewhere and never been happy with the results. I was able to discuss my concerns with Dr Land in depth who listened and tailored the treatment around me. I’m so happy with the outcome. Will definitely be returning. Thank you!
