Been attending kickboxing in Chorlton for a couple of weeks now. Amazing workout and great place to meet like minded people. Fitness levels at the start aren't an issue. The trainers push you to be your best but also encourage you to go at your own pace. I've been attending Monday nights but next week I'll up it to twice a week as you can immediately feel the difference in your fitness. Highly recommend anyone who wants to try out kickboxing to come along. Fantastic place.

I have been training at NWCKB for a number of years now and have enjoyed every minute. I started purely for fitness as a lot of people do but then decided I wanted to grade and compete. I have decided competing is not for me but I still enjoy sparring. There is no pressure on you to do either and you get out what you put in. Monday beginners class is a good place to start as there is always lots of instructor around to keep you right.

Been training here for 2 years and love it. Must say I started as a total beginner without any previous martial arts experience. Classes are great and useful for any level, beginner or advanced.

I started training almost 2 years ago in the NWCKB women only group and the first thing that struck me was the integrity, preparation, patience and dedication of my instructor. The club offers top level instruction, great cardio and highest levels of safety. Beginners are always welcome to join, as the drills are tailored to take into account the different levels of experience. Whether you want to train to get fit and increase your self confidence or to have a go at sparring and competing, NWCKB is the perfect place to start your journey into the fascinating martial arts world.
