Waiting for my prescription from my ENT specialist. First the surgery said, no letter was received. Then ENT specialist sent an email to them and surgery said prescription would be sent to pharmacy. When I went to pharmacy, nothing had been sent. I then rang surgery again on 30th November, 4.40pm and spoke to a rude male staff, he said it will be ready tomorrow, if not check next day and keep checking and that it will be ready some time this year. So disgraceful!

Today I went to the GP with my 2-year-old daughter. Before I got to the clinic, I called them and asked them for a face to face appointment , obviously I told them about my little girl's symptoms (cough, fever ,constipation and sore throat). When I went to the GP they told me to sit down and wait. after a lady woke up and telling me that my baby has covid and I should wait for the doctor outside, outside in the rain. I mention that she did not wear a mask in the enclosure area. I admit that, I got a little angry with her because I don't think it's okay what happened. in the end I woke up with the door slammed into my face and cursed. 👎

These gps are liars and try fob you off everytime you call up with symptoms. 1 doc tells you 1 thing

These gps are liars and try fob you off everytime you call up with symptoms. 1 doc tells you 1 thing the next 1 tells you something else and the 3rd does the same thing and they just lie and lie. People that are ill and in severe pain that need referals to hospitals are used like guinea pigs and told by the GPS they have symptoms that they don't even have. The surgery's GPS are the biggest disgrace ever and are playing with patients health

I fell sorry for patients going to this clinic where no one gives a s,..t anymore , the receptionist faces are like at the funeral, no friendly faces, I tried to ring the doctor from 8 am and they answered 10 am saying they don't have appointments anymore, not happy anymore with place.
