Superb customer service today from both staff and especially the manager who went above and beyond to ensure that we went away happy. Can't thank you enough, especially as the shop was very busy. Shop itself had that Italian style and feel. Will definitely use again. (Magpies!!)

Called in with daughter and friend when on day trip to York. Lady who served us was amazing, very attentive and knowledgeable. Let me try on her Nomination bracelet, which she had to sanitise after but nothing was a problem. Due to her fantastic service I'm now the proud owner of a Nomination gold watch which my husband bought for our 33rd anniversary. Massive thank you!
