Beautiful artisan pieces of jewellery. Nothing was too much trouble Tried lots of pieces on before finally choosing .well made and beautifully packaged. If your looking for a quality,stylish and unusual piece of jewellery this is the place.

Went in to have a look and was soon hounded my a member of staff with long dark hair asking if I would like to try things on. After repeatedly saying I was just looking I eventually said no! She turned around to her colleague and pulled a face! Then a couple of minutes later her phone rang to which she answered it quite loudly and carried on talking while I was still in the shop! Not very professional for a city centre shop in York. Won’t be going in there again.

My girlfriend and her mother have just been to buy a £500 watch only to be faced with clumsy amature un interested staff and walked out without buying - don't worry we will get it from Matlock hopefully they be be alot nicer staff is a shame zero stars are available

Lovely shop in York and the staff were lovely. Had to contact customer services, people could learn from them, really good, efficient and just lovely. Thank you guys.

We visited York for a few days this last week.Wow what a lovely shop.We were greeted by an amazing lady, we didn’t get her name😀,very warm and so so friendly. We ended up buying a ring.......gorgeous stock, will definitely be back. thanks for all your help. Sussanne

Friendly, good choice my favourite jewellery shop.

My husband and I went in here today sunday 25/10, when I got in the shop I immediately started having a severe anxiety attack, due to me not being out since March (as sheilding). A wonderful lady called Debbie was there, she was very friendly and showed concern and empathy for me. After my attack subsided, Debbie was very helpful in showing us some pieces of jewellery, she did not rush us and was not pushy for a sale, We purchased a Silver Berry necklace and to match a Silver Berry ring (i couldn't really try it on at the time as my fingers were very swollen), Glad to say the ring fits perfect. Love both pieces. Debbie thank you so very much, you are a credit to Silvarious.

Beautiful handmade jewellery made to a high standard, lady in the shop was very personable , bubbly and helpful, I treated myself to a very unique statement bracelet for my 40th. Very excited to wear this everyday ;) I will be buying from here again
