I’ve been going to Niyama for a long time now and absolutely love it! All the girls are friendly and helpful. The infrared sauna I use regularly to detox and I love it! Colonics by Julie are great, she makes you feel very comfortable, she is a very knowledgeable practitioner and knows her stuff! Today I tried their new float tanks and it was amazing, worth every penny! I highly recommend Niyama for all your wellness needs!

My experience here was epic! I had 3 colonics in a week for a treatment I was doing. This meant I had 3 different therapists, and they were all uniquely amazing! I learnt loads from each of them, they were all kind, gentle, welcoming even at the end of the day (all my appointments were at 8pm). I would highly recommend Niyama Wellness Sanctuary for colonics. The premises are immaculate too!
