Absolutely appalling customer service, waiting weeks for answers, Nissan head office even struggled to get answers and appolgised on their behalf. Also gave me a repair quote of £405 for a £20 part (another garage confirmed this) to be replaced. Dont expect after service from this dealer if you buy a used Nissan car with a warranty. AVOID!
Taken my dads nissan navara pickup in to sort out lose of gearbox drive on automatic.they have changing 3 switches and oil in transferbox for 4wheel drive.and they said its sorted it then my dad has paid £700 for this. got halfway home still the same gearbox problems.after we taken it back few days after to be told again there is nothing wrong with pickup.well now its in shed cant drive it.i think they should refund the money as they havent sorted the problem will contact trading standards about this
I had booked my Nissan Juke in on a weekday and requested a courtesy car. They rang me late on the day before to say no courtesy cars available could I bring the car in on Saturday. I agreed to this. When I dropped the car off I asked whether this service included a brake fluid change the Renault service advisor was unsure but confirmed that the Nissan technician would know. When I collected the car the check sheet showed a minor service had been performed...I was told a major would be done next time. I queried this via email to the service manager and Nissan customer services. On Monday I received a phone call from Nissan Wirral wanting to book the car back in for the major service it should have had on Saturday! They could not provide a courtesy car for three weeks. I contacted service manager (he had not contacted me) who said that they could not access all systems on a Saturday so could not determine which service was due! This is the main dealer! Very poor.

Excellent service from Sean. We went in not really sure of what we wanted and Sean showed us a few options and left us to look around. Which was lovely not to be pressured into anything. once we had decided on the car sean made the whole process so easy. He even helped.swap my private number plate and tax out. Fantastic service and so helpful no pressure to buy would definitely recommend them
I've been visiting this showroom since I moved to the Wirral in 94. I've purchased several cars over the years. Sad to see it's no longer a Nissan franchise instead opted for the Dacia brand. There were no smiling faces on my visit July 27th unfortunately. Nobody offered a 'Good day' or a smile that goes for Renault side also. The old days have gone of walking in speaking to staff and having a coffee to discuss business.

Great service, really friendly, helpful reception staff. Did a great job on my car and kept in touch with me throughout. Definitely recommend them to others.
