This is possibly one of the worst manicure experiences I have ever had. The staff is unwelcoming and hardly says hello once you go in and I felt uncomfortable the entire time. The manicure was poorly done and had to retouch it as soon as I came home: nail varnish badly applied, nails badly filed and still have bits under the nails. Didn't even bother cleaning my hands when it was finished and I left with nail dust all over them. To top it all off I ended up spending 25£ for a basic manicure (not shellac) when it said 14£ when I booked it online. I hardly see how removing the shellac I had could cost 11£!!!!!! Will not be going back.
