Always have a good experience here. I have bad ankles which normally makes shoe shopping fairly difficult for me. Today I was assisted by Ice, she was really helpful, cheerful and lovely - found a nice pair of shoes! A bit hit and miss on the stock, which I think is normal for a factory store, but prices are amazing which makes it totally worth it.
