Very pleased with the repair made to my newer Canon 70D and older Sigma Lens, very helpful over email/phone and kept me informed. Very happy with service, they cleaned out everything whilst they were at it, felt/looked like new when I got it back. :)

Excellent service to my Nikon 70-200 lens. Helpful guy on the counter who showed the lens to the technician, given a time estimate and it was ready two days earlier than expected. As an aside, it's also a nice place to browse the old cameras for sale, and on display.

Ian has done an exemplary job done in repairing and cleaning my Super Angulon 21mm lens. This proved to be a difficult job because of the age and construction of the lens, but Ian has returned the lens defogged and cleaned and in excellent condition. The turn around time was greater than I expected it to be, and communication could have been a little better in my view, but I can only put the delay down to a backlog due to the pandemic and to the fact that NE is busy, for good reason. The usual high standard of work. Thank you

Repaired and refurbed a Leitz Elmar 135mm lens for me. Great job, delighted with the results. You do need to be patient but excellent work.
