Fantastic service helpful smiling staff I needed help and advice about a car seat the young lady who helped me was brilliant certainly knew what she was doing thank you for such great customer service.

Had a problem (not their fault, completely mine!) And called up, spoke with 2 members of staff and the manager and they honestly could not have been more helpful or kind. Thankyou!

very rude ignorant staff earlier tonight saw me waiting to be served and continued brushing each others hair. this was on the shop floor I would have left but son was waiting for promised game

I have to be honest I bought 5 things for myself and it only cost me 10.50 what a bargain price you guys are the best toy shop ever I also like this because toys r us closed down but I would come here any day

Bad advertising would not stick to the price advertised in store, Bad customer service from manager. He has never heard of the customer is always right!. Trading standards made aware. Will never go to this store again

Smyths Toys is situated within the Croft Retail Park. There are blue badge scheme dedicated bays within the retail park and the shop is wheelchair accessible. Inside the store is a large range of toys for a wide range of age ranges. You can check online about stock availability, which we had done. At present there doesn't seem to be any stock depletion but closer to Christmas may be another matter. It always pays to shop early for Christmas.

I am giving 5star for one person only, I think her name was carly!! I came in to Bromborough store today about 6.30pm to get a new car seat with my one year old in my arms and spoke to 3 different members of staff about recommendations on seats and every single person said they weren't trained and that only one person could help but she fitting a carseat for a customer. I waited for about 15mins for her to come back and she was absolutely lovely but completely rushed off her feet. She had to serve me and the gentleman next to me at the same time giving us both recommendations and tutorials on how to install seats and once I made my decision she had to rush off to another customer before she could then set the seat up and install it in my car for me. When she came out it was torrential rain and I asked her if the company supply rain Coats and she said they don't so the poor girl had been going in and out of store all evening and would have had to finish the rest of her shift soaking. I also think it's extremely unfair that she was the only one trained to do this job as there was plenty of staff in store and some just stood talking at some points. I only got a new seat as I had a recall on my other one and i am very grateful for her helping me choose the right one one to suit my sons needs as I was pretty clueless on what to buy, I think she is a credit to the store.

Visited the store today to buy gifts for our grandchildren and having visited the store many times before, we were very disappointed with the staff. Disinterested and zero personality

Purchased a bike from this place for my son. They said they would check it over however they didnt, I came back a day later and the bike clearly hadn't been checked, took it home the tyres were flat, and the breaks where not stiff at all, although I paid for this service, the manager signed it off as ok. I came home tried to call the store and nobody answers. I will be contacting head office and making a formal complaint.
