Lovely premises with helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Always smells lovely. Lovely treatment rooms. Always free sample herbal teas to be tried in the shop.

I'm satisfied with all the products I bought. It was made of natural materials, so I had no trouble using it for the first time, especially the rose balm was a good choice. Thank you for your kind guidance.

I had a very nice massage with Anna. She was able to focus on the sore points in my neck and shoulders successfully. The only problem was that she didn’t do it for the full 30 minutes - a lot of the time was spent talking and filling in forms. Very nice but would have liked the full time, as that’s what I paid for.

My daughter had treatment here and recommends it. The products are great for gifts.

Neal’s Yard, yes. More, it’s a modern day apothecary offering a unique and personal service which just can’t be rivalled by supermarkets or online shops. A hidden gem in Bath for those looking for herbal remedies lovingly concocted by trained herbalists. Lovely staff who were all happy to help; I had the pleasure today to speak with Amanda who recommended exactly what I was looking for. I walked out happily with two bottles of tinctures ready for whatever the winter months will throw at me!

Many NY products are lovely but I stopped using this shop because identical NY products are often cheaper in Waitrose up the road, so I just order them online instead when on deal :)
