Did not return calls or email via their website enquiries, that’s right, plural. Several attempts requesting service and no response. Did receive an email response saying “thanks, someone will be in contact”, they just didn’t say what year! Suppose they are busy enough that they can ‘pick & choose’. I was lucky enough to start receiving their spam email newsletters 👎

We purchased a cover lift of Naughtons Spas & Pools to assist with replacing the cover on our spa after use. It is the most amazing easy apparatus to use and I can simply replace the cover by myself. Prior to having it I used to avoid using the spa purely because I found it difficult to put the cover back on, but now it is not a problem. The spa lift is easy, simple and light plus it just slides under the edge of the spa after a very quick exercise of connecting a couple of screw which I also did by myself. Thoroughly recommend buying one to make life and using the spa an enjoyable luxury. Noelene Caverzan
