Tassie pools and spas launceston need to know how to treat people with respect. As soon as I entered

Tassie pools and spas launceston need to know how to treat people with respect. As soon as I entered the shop saying I was from hobart the female shop assistant was utterly rude, and so negative to everything I said, and she had remarks like we have trouble building our own up here than building one down there for you and have you checked in we all know what hobart people are like. So with that, my reply was I don't like your attitude and walked off, she even followed me to the open sliding door to close it behind me. It so true best thing about launceston is seeing it in your rear view mirror.

Definitely would not recommend this company. Have been waiting 5 weeks for a qoute to repair a crack

Definitely would not recommend this company. Have been waiting 5 weeks for a qoute to repair a crack in a fiberglass pool and after 8 phone calls still have not recieved a quote. The last phone call made i found out it was "not a priority". They don't care about the little jobs just about how to line their pockets with bigger jobs. Disgraceful company to deal with.
