Wouldn’t recommend for electrolysis - Very slow, heavy handed, no flexibility in terms of the method she used to what I would’ve been comfortable with. Didn’t feel comfortable or happy to continue the session until the end so stopped it half way. Wasn’t worth the money & time spent, compared to my previous experience.

Your response is a lot of blame on me rather than accepting your customer service was not 100% that day. I kept checking my phone because I was keeping tab on how much time you were wasting with the magnifier, and ended the session early because you were heavy handed on my neck & kept poking me with the needle just to get one hair. As someone who has been using electrolysis as a preferred method of hair removal I know what to expect and how the treatment works and this just wasn’t good enough unfortunately, and ultimately as a customer I had a bad experience and left your home upset and disappointed, to the point where I would rather travel hours back home to go to my regular beautician. Reflecting on this and thinking about how to improve for next time would be more productive for you at this point, just because you’ve been qualified for 20years, doesn’t mean you’ve keep up with the industry for 20years, hopefully your other services are better but just not for me.
