I am a qualified hairdresser and beauty therapist.I had eyelashes done by Georgina first time. I paid about £70 both time for my lashes and they didn’t even stay for 2 days as I washed my face after 24 hours they came off. -0 % costumer services she’s not friendly at all she Threatened me to go court she did very bad job she didn’t even say sorry for her fault. They charging full amount of treatment and giving cheap product service to client very simple now a days everyone has axcuses for Covid she kicked me out in rain I was waiting about 20 minutes outside for taxi there was no next client after me I was only one client and she said you have to go out bc of covid. There’s no government guide for misbehaving with client in Covid rules.if she’s that much scared of covid she shouldn’t do this job and work close to people. I Definitely won’t recommend anyone to go for lashes I haven’t tried her other services. This is a platform where we can say whatever we feel no one can stop us to share our opinion and experiences I would do anything for my client to make them happy nor threatened them for court especially when is my fault. Eyelash I had, perfect time for this treatment is 2 hours she took only 30 minutes I wish I could enclose photos as well if I was late 20 minutes due to road work she shouldn’t have done the job I went second time I thought she would make it better but she made them worsened than before. She took my signed threatened me if I leave comment she would give my sign into the court. We don’t do this with client my love and check your insurance it didn’t say anywhere when we do job for people we charge them a lot so it’s our responsibility to give them our 100% especially with good communication. Good communication is the key of any business. Especially in beauty business we should behave beautifully first.

Georgina did my Nouveau Lashes and I absolutely love them! She was so detailed in her explanations from start to finish and gave a full comprehensive after care. Booked in for my infills and Brows with her. I couldnt go elsewhere now. She's brilliant and I highly recommend her 💯

There was nothing wrong with my eyes, but she kept forcing me to sign a document, saying it seemed to be bloodshot. Then I asked her if she would do the procedure after seeing the doctor, and she said she couldn't return the reservation fee. I don't care if I don't get my reservation back. But I don't understand her rudeness of forcing the customer to sign a document waiving treatment and reservations on a whim even though she's not a doctor. I think she was purely worried that I would ask for a refund of the reservation fee. I didn't mean to do that from the beginning, but I was angry. She said she couldn't even if we asked a doctor if there was nothing wrong. Now I understand why the previous reviews were a mess. I gave her more tips than the reservation fee. She said “in the UK, This is how it is," and made racist remarks. I will never go there again. I felt quite humiliated by being forced to sign.
