Went to buy snacks and spent about £15 service was poor as only one one man serving and there were a few customers in the small shop. The owner was very rude and could see I was waiting but just stared at me and my husband from the back of the shop making no effort to help. The food tasted stale and not as fresh as it use to be a couple of years ago have they changed management? Not going back again over priced for bad food. I'm going on TripAdvisor and Facebook to leave negative reviews also.

I come to eat here a lot since I recently shifted to Harrow. I like that the service is always excellent and they keep the place well organized all the time. Prices are very affordable and huge variety is available. They serve large portions. We once arrived late when the kitchen was about to be closed. However the person attending us did not disappoint us and served us happily. :)

If it was possible to allocate this business zero stars I definitely would!! Unfortunately due to serious health conditions and disability I am housebound. On 28th I August 2021, a volunteer went to the rayners shop to collect and pay for items that Janiv put aside for me. Janiv was helpful therefore if I could I'd award stars only to her. One of the items "handvo" was terrible. It was burnt.... And I mean black burnt, around the sides and at the bottom! The handvo was so dry that it crumbled when I picked it up! Shortly after my items were delivered I had to go A&E. I rang the shop as soon as I was able which was Wednesday 1st September 2021. I explained the issue with the handvo to Janiv as well as the reason for not being able to call straight away and that volunteers do not divulge their contact number, plus Icould bearly speak. I was given a contact number for a Poonam. I called her, the way she spoke to me was rude, dismissive and very unprofessional! Her excuse was that Gujarti people like their handvo burnt and very dry because they eat it with tea!!?? I may not be Gujarti but i have had handvo from other gujarti shops and home made ones from friends. These have definitely not been "burnt" so they're black in colour and did not crumble to the touch! I explained to Poonam that I am totally housebound and do not have anyone nearby to help me. Furthermore that due to shortages in volunteers sometimes it can be weeks or in my case up to 2 months before I am contacted. Poonam reluctant ly (I could hear it in her voice!) said she'd look into it. A little later I received a call from a lady who said she makes the handvo. After explaining everything she said she'd sort out something. She also said that she'd send me a WhatsApp message straight away so that I have her number and would call me. Today is 5th September, she has not called or messaged me. Yesterday, 4th September, I rang the shop and spoke to a Jay...? I explained everything to him, including the fact that I'm disabled person with serious health conditions and that I AM TOTALLY HOUSEBOUND. His response and solution was that "YOU COME TO THE SHOP," "WE CAN'T HELP YOU". SERIOUSLY, his conduct was disgraceful, and he hung up on me. I called again a little while ago and "Jay" picked it up, he refused to help me and hung up on me!! I live close to the rayners Lane shop and even closer to the original South Harrow shop. The manner in which Natraj conduct themselves is disgraceful and very sad. To this day I remember the owner/founder who opened the South Harrow branch, he was extremely friendly, kind, and above all knew how to treat customers. What a tragic and sad state of affairs Natraj... Remember there are many other like for like business who know how to treat customers with respect and decency! Please note that yesterday, ie 4th September I rang Poonam, she answered but as soon I told her who's calling she immediately hung up. I tried again twice and left a message, I also tried her again today and left a message!!
