Staff member who answered my call very pleasant and polite, also a bit apologetic.. Just a bit shocked to find out that to have a statement printed off will cost me £5 and will take three days to produce. My other bank does this on the spot without charge!

This branch has wonderful staff who are friendly,effecienct and helpful. Excellent
