Always changing managers. I do not like most of the staff, the ones in Hove Branch. The branch in Brighton West St is ok. Needs better treatment to some customers with disability issues.

Bank card got swallowed by ATM... When I called and questioned not being able to have it returned, the woman on the phone hung up on me. Disgusting.

I visited this branch today, 20th July and I can’t praise Prince enough. He was kind and courteous and went above and beyond to assist me. Well done Nationwide great customer service 5*plus

The staff here are always friendly and helpful. Prince helped me to sort out some paperwork at the last minute last week which saved me heaps of time. Very happy.
