Nationwide Building Society brighton

I only can congratulation Nationwide for having employee such as Laura at London Road, Brighton branch. She possess excellent customer service qualities, is patient, friendly and overall wonderful personality. We went to this branch just to taste the waters and ended up brining our business there. Customer service is a key to any business, it will make you or break you.

Staff are all really friendly, found them to be really personal and not robotic like other places.

Been with Nationwide for over 25 years and was recently refused financial help without reason despite having my first child on the way. The staff members are unfeeling, robotic and bluntly ignore their customers real life situations. We are numbers to these people and the branch managers are purely glorified calculators instructed with sucking every penny out of their "customers" Their slogan "On your side" is a bigger con than PPI... Don't bother going into branch, at least while banking online there's not some smug manchild smerking at you from the other side of a desk gratifying himself to your misery...

Always helpful and polite, been with Nationwide for over 30 years, many branches, the recent being peacehaven and brighton, its been an excellent experience thankyou and for staying open since covid

I have been with nationwide for over 15years. I wouldn't change them for the world. Almost become part of the family at this point. Great customer service and anything I need to do is done efficiently. Thank you for your years of service.

Couldn't rate this more if i tried, the staff there were so friendly and helpful. Always smiling every time to go to do my banking. Really nice energy :-)
