Good variety of games to keep kids and adults engaged. But my issue is with the ticket counting machines. They always hang and long cues at these machines ..makes me feel not playing there at all. Hope they fix this issue...by increasing the number of counting machines... Or make them more efficient.

Brilliant way to spend a rainy afternoon. You can easily burn throughout of change on this place! The venue is always updating their attractions/arcades and we always revisit see what new things they offer. Kids and adults alike can have a blast.

Been here many times. Still fun for younger kids. New games for teens but the games are bit expensive and last for a short time; so not sure if it is worth the money. The bumper car ride still interesting. The draw back was the bowling which kept stopping and I kept going to reception to sort it. This happened about 4 times that we have to abandon the game. The staff were kind enough to offer a voucher for a free game.

My son had his 10th birthday party here, the staff were amazing. Amber was our party host and she catered for us fantastically. Most importantly the children enjoyed themselves!!

Big kids can also enjoy the Funscape. Loads of different games and activities to do. I've come a few times, and I've always enjoyed myself.

Fun arcade. They have pool tables, a bowling alley and a casino section with slot machines inside. Pool table section serves beer and have live football telecast. Just perfect. Mom and kids can play at the arcade or go bowling. Dad can chill with his beer and play pool with his mates.

Great machines and games but takes up too much money!! Had a great time on the table tennis and playing pool. Something for everyone to do. We always have so much fun.

Used to be great, now they’ve changed soo many of the machines to claw too much money for less tickets/turns. The fishbowl used to be good £1 for 2 turns, now it’s £1 for 1 turn. Basketball connect 4, £1 each (£2 in total for a game) used to give the winner 50tickets and the looser 20, now it’s 20 & 10. Claw machines even worse & not helped by attendants opening the machines every 30-60 minutes to lay the teddies in too close to each other for the claw to be able to grab it on the rare occasion it used to. Penny machines not paying out tickets nor coins like they used to. On another game which used to have a base reward of 40 tickets, is now 10. Many machines just swallowing money and having to call the attendants out regularly, luckily enough they was lovely and believed us each time without a problem. My kids have gave up today & decided to save their money, won’t be returning. It’s a shame as well as we came quite regularly & really enjoyed our times here, spoke to a few families that have the same opinion.

Staff friendly and helpful. Very busy though and have no control over people, mainly teenage boys rushing the queue. Bit intimidating for the younger ones. Maybe better on a mid week day.

Kids just loving it, bare that in your mind when you are planning to go there weekend or any peak time. It may be stuffed with people it's hard to move basically. Most of the games/attractions are working they quite new and well maintained. If your kids loves to exchange tickets for prizes that's the place to go
