Nail Lounge & Spa brighton

I’m a lucky woman, I have had the pleasure of having my nails and eyelashes done in some of the highest quality salons around the world and this place doesn’t just measure up to salons in LA and Miami it by far out shines them! The staff are POLITE, ATTENTIVE and above all else PROFESSIONAL! The treatments are modern, in-depth and personalised to your needs regardless of budget! The Salon is clean and stylish, boasting a bright colour scheme and high quality equipment making the whole experience more spa then nail salon as the name suggests! I have been to this salon over 15 times now and trust no other salon in Brighton to provide me with such professionalism and quality each and EVERY time... 5* 10/10 Beauty on another LEVEL!

Saturday was the 2nd time I have visited, 1st was around a year ago and was lovely; offered a hot drink on arrival and staff were professional and friendly. This time I didn't get offered a drink, I had to ask and was given a glass of water (which is fine by the way, just not what I expected after last time). I also didn't find the staff particularly friendly this time, I was only spoken to when asked the odd question in relation to my treatment. I didn't think the manicure itself was very high quality, the paint appeared slightly uneven but I thought it might even out as it dried which it didn't, but worst of all is that I got an infected cuticle. I can only assume the nail scissors used to trim my cuticles weren't clean as by the evening one of my nails was slightly sore and the next morning the whole tip of that finger was red, swollen and painful with some pus leaking. I must confess I haven't called the salon to let them know this as I don't expect they will do much but it has put me off and I will think twice before booking here again. UPDATE: following reply. It was actually a Mani I had, I changed it on the day I would never post false information as seems to be implied! My cuticle was definitely infected because it leaked pus and I had to use an antiseptic liquid every day for a few days to clear it up. I would have thought that instead of arguing with customers you would take the feedback on board to help you improve future customer's experiences. I didn't call because it was a bank holiday weekend and I was busy, by the time it got to Tuesday I had sorted the infection myself hence leaving a review instead (4 days after my visit, not nearly a week...)

Pay same price and see other clients get preferential treatment when asked I managers daughter she stated each technician has own way of doing things but same service.. I watched another clients pedicure more specialised than mine more intense and attention to detail than mine So not very happy

Service from Arianna was lovely. Had a full set of acrylics done for my wedding. However a week later I've already lost one nail, the sides and bottoms near the cuticle are all coming away from the nail also. The other shops on London road aren't as personable but are cheaper so it fully depends on what experience you're looking for.

Very very good service. they ask you if you would like a drink. I got a pedicure and manicure today and it was very relaxing and the staff was very wonderful . I would go back to get a manicure and a manicure and a full legs wax at nail lounge and spa. I had this done this year and I am 15 years old

Me and my sister visited Friday 3rd December. We were in Brighton for a girly weekend m. Highly recommend a luxury spa pedicure here both me and my sister nearly fell asleep it was so relaxing. Bang on time and didn’t feel rushed, the therapists we had were lovely abs treatment was very thorough. My only wish is that we lived closer so we could go every month! so much

Such a lovely place with great, friendly staff! They are all professional, know what they are doing and actually keen on working with the customer and listen to them attentively. They have a big range of services and so far all my appointments have been amazing. They exude trustworthiness and that is something you can't find easily. Wouldn't change this place!

I have been coming to Nail Lounge and Spa for over three years now and I wouldnt dream of letting anyone else touch my nails now!! I have had great experiences with every single member of staff, especially Jodie and Issy. Everyone is friendly, professional, and the salon itself is always so clean. I have recommended all my family and friends to come here and they love it as much as me!

Fantastic service, Katie was lovely and the lady at reception was so polite and welcoming! Last minute decision to use them and I will be back again!! Also prices are sooo fair!💙
