I had severe ear wax blockage so I went in for ear irrigation. I was seen immediately and had a warm welcome. The doctor was very professional and friendly. I felt confident that he knew exactly what he was doing. He carefully ran me through the procedure and made me feel comfortable enough to proceed. Their ear irrigation service was smooth and worked very well. I am glad I went there as my ears now feel so much better.

Had my appointment here this morning and the Doctor was very happy, friendly and extra professional, as was everyone else you were greeted by on the way in. Would highly recommend here and also in a super easy to find location right opposite euston station!

Fast, Professional and good quality and not terribly expensy as other private hospitals We arrived on a Sunday for an emergency same day appointment and received excellent service. The only flaw is that they share office with otter company and we waited for like 10 minutes without nothing where to go. The doctor is patient, caring and genuinely trying to save us some money by grouping some of the blood tests into a package so we receive cheaper price. We were in pain and really worried sick about muscle inflammation. We booked the appointment in the morning, went there at 3pm. received the blood test at 4pm and the result was emailed to us before midnight. Fast and clear and professional. Will 120% go there if faced with other emergency.
