I walked into the surgery this morning at their new location on Castle Bar Parade for a NHS blood test. I was told by the GP surgery that it had good reviews. The place had a very strong smell of curry ! When I asked the receptionist if she can smell curry she said no so I walked. I don’t want any strong food smell when I’m attending a medical centre its just wrong no matter where the smell is coming from. I won’t be going back for sure !

I don't go there very often and usually for very boring things like blood tests or injections but I have been using this practice for many years. I have found that the receptionists, whether contacted by e-mail or phone, are always very attentive and helpful. If I have sent an e-mail I always get a reply or a call by return.

Services rendered on Health Care is professionaly excellent.

I had a referral appointment for treatment of my Trigger finger condition. The receptionists were polite, welcoming and efficient. This is my second visit to the Clinic. The waiting room is clean and the visual monitor is very helpful in notifying you of what Room you to go.....public transport links to the Clinic are excellent. I would expect the same high standard level of service delivery of I am referred again next year. My thanks to Dr Krishna and team

Really bad customer service over the phone with receptionist! The system does not work properly and gave me false indication on call back? Waited on an emergency call back? What’s the point of having a GP if not available on emergency or giving false information.

I have been on the phone trying to get through for the last 18min!! without any luck !! The phone just keep ringing and ringing...This is really very bad and sad!!. Yesterday l was tested positive for the Covid as well as this morning when l done the test again and have been feeling very unwell ....but what's the point of ringing if nobody is picking up and no recorded information given how long one has to wait.

They never answer the phone, even if its urgent !!!!

Dr Krishna is an exceptional GP, very thorough and detailed in his analysis. Several of the doctors there are brilliant : Dr Anand, Dr Abbas and Dr Krishna. The staff are also lovely, Catherine, Tracey and Odelle. Not sure about the new staff. I think these terrible reviews are not an honest representation of the surgery. They are all very family friendly and go the extra mile for their patients. The new system is very frustrating but I do think it is an attempt made by the NHS to manage the high demand during the pandemic. Constructive criticism: I would just strongly advise that the individual who is responding to the reviews on Google just be more understanding of the complaints and be more empathetic instead of attacking or blaming the patients who leave low reviews. It does not come across very well, the tone is malicious and condescending. If a patient is complaining about a doctor, listen and believe them. Doctors can manipulate and gaslight the situation to make themselves look better, they are still people and still capable of this.

It is impossible to book appointments here, you will be left for over an hour on the phone trying to get through to reception

Really bad service. It’s becoming more and more impossible to talk with a gp or see one of them. To call is a nightmare they let you stay at list half an hour on hold and when you finally talk with them they tell you to request an spoonful online which will take mi an other half an hour .. I’ve three small children I can’t spend half of my day trying to get in touch with a doctor and I’m really disappointed with this terrible service. Last Thursday I tried to get an appointment for my daughter which had really high temperature and had had it already for a wile and after half an hour waiting on the phone the receptionist told me she could not book any appointment for me (they only give you appointment on the phone now anyway) and that I had to go online to be quicker..so I had to spend an other half an hour to fill up the form online.. I’m still waiting for someone to get back to me .. it’s scandalous not to give care to children it’s really the worse service I could ever imagine..not only you don’t have any care but also you have to waist your time.. after months and months of this terrible service I feel so unable to get any help from this surgery that I’ll try to move somewhere also ASAP.
