Mr Polito’s Barber Shop cambridge

I had two great experiences here, both times with a woman hairdresser (unfortunately I don't know her name). She was great as a hairdresser and very nice and kind, which as a foreigner you come to appreciate a lot in these contexts. I prefer much more this place than the nearby Cambridge Hairdressers (even though the latter is a bit cheaper).

Great hair cut which kept its shape for 4 weeks. Back again and thankfully the same chap by the window is still here. Hard to find a barber as good as this.

Dropped in this morning for a haircut - saw Zole (Solly), who listened to my preferences and gave me a great cut for a reasonable price. Interesting conversation, too!

I had a reasonably good experience twice. The third time there was a 18 years old new hairdresser who cut my hair pretty badly, as it was clear he did not have enough experience. I'm sorry but I will choose a different hairdresser from now on.

I've been a regular for many years now. Excellent results from friendly staff. Several have been there for a long time and are worth waiting for. Goran and Lydia particularly good and have a great customer manner

Mr Polito is the best barber I've ever had. He will give you the haircut that works best for you, rather than what you ask for (but you can of course steer him). He is friendly, and takes appropriate covid precautions (including an innovative mask clip so he can give you a good cut while wearing a mask!) Well worth the slightly higher price compared with some other barbers.
