I would have given 5 stars as their products are great ...however I've now ordered online twice and ended up without delivery of items both times unfortunately the company uses Hermes to deliver..first delivery "item went missing" I was more annoyed as it wasn't expensive however second time I ordered fairly expensive (for me) walking boots and got a photo stating that package had been delivered by Hermes courier...it hadn't been because of all the trouble I've had with Hermes on other deliveries I will no longer buy from companies that use Hermes It's a shame as I really like Mountain Warehouse products but I work long hours and cannot get to their store all the time..but i now refuse to order from any company that use Hermes as their courier

Visited here while on a short break in Brighton. Upstairs has loads of great offers on clothing and accessories but the sizes tend to be the unpopular ones as expected. I was really after a winter coat but the fits were not great and the prices were too high for the mediocre quality.

Excellent selection in this store. The clearance section upstairs has so many bargains in all sizes, I spent ages going through the racks of clothes. I managed to get some real bargains which were reduced at check out again so I'm very pleased. I wouldn't say the staff are overly friendly but nice enough.
