I couldn't tell you how good the doctors were as I didn't get that far. Unbelievably rude receptionist. I made an appointment to register and was told to hand in the form. Wen't last night and was met with this attitude. First she took the form between 2 fingers as if it were infected with something, let out a sigh then moaned "it's not even signed for a start". I asked for a pen and she gave me instructions on how to complete the form and told to come back with Photo ID, which I wasn't told when I called. There was absolutely no reason to make me feel so small. I know this sounds trivial but her general attitude was appalling. If you hate your job that much go & do something else. Now I'm back to square one looking for a surgery as I wouldn't register there if you paid me.

Having moved many, many times within the UK - this has been the best practice me and my family have ever been with. Dr Gallagher (and the team of doctors) is incredibly compassionate, caring and thorough. They give attention to detail, listen to everything with care and consideration. The nursing and admin staff are also very efficient, friendly and always welcoming. As any busy practice, if you don't have an urgent need you might need to wait a couple of weeks for an appointment, but they have always seen us or called us right away if there's been any issues with our baby. I can't recommend them enough! Thank you for all that you do.

Do not use this practice if your healthcare is important to you. Having been diagnosed with a heart problem, the results were sent to my GP. This practice could not even be bothered to inform me about such life changing results. Everytime i call them, the reception staff are extremely rude. If only minus stars were available.

Rude receptionist and that’s being polite. I suggest investing in some training for her or finding a receptionist who actually has some people skills and is capable of being a helpful, respectful person.
